Plastic extrusion nets are add PE or PP material into the extruder to melt after heating, Under the action of the screw pushing, Enter a special rotating head which have a number of apertures on its inner and outer die. The melted plastic in the die hole continuously outflow into two strand of melt wire.
When the head rotates, the two strand of wire to converge in a combination point, thereby forming the grid, then we finish a network after cooling and shaping. Extruded nets have drawing network and non drafting network. Through changing various factors and distribution into a variety of colors, using different materials, we can get a wide variety and shapes of the extruded nets.
